And Dale, where to build it? If you follow the equator, keeping in mind security issues and facilities, it seems to me there are few options. One seems to be Nauru:

- because of its remoteness - excellent security. Also, it has tarmac roads port facilities and a full runway capable of supporting commercial craft.
